If you decide to cancel your membership and/or your MLS Listing with your local  Broker and MLS list with a new Realtor® (of course, assuming you never accepted a sales contract while mls listed thru our service), AMLSN.com will rebate your membership payable at Close of Escrow (COE), which requires that we refer you to a more 'traditional' Realtor of either our own choice or yours, and acceptable to all parties. If you switch to a more 'traditional' type State Licensed Realtor, we will contact them and then cancel your Listing Contract with your local regional MLS Flat Fee Listing Broker upon the other Realtor accepting in writing a Realtor Referral.

Providing you meet the requirements outlined above, you will receive your rebate upon the successful sale & close-of-escrow of your property, which involved the new Realtor. The Realtor Referral, of course, mandates you cancelled and changed Realtors prior to the time of receiving an acceptable (to you) sales contract. The money-back rebate guarantee is a rebate upon successful sale of your property, and is not applicable if you decide to not sell and cancel, or cancel your listing with your local MLS Flat Fee Listing Broker and sell by owner (or for any other cancellation reason), and without hiring a new Realtor acceptable to all parties.
